This stunning 250 sqm converted warehouse is an architectural gem in London’s art and design district. Mixing metal and glass with exposed brick from the original Victorian building, this holiday home is the perfect place for travelers seeking an authentic experience with a local feel. Needless to say, the property’s unique style has gained it features in the Telegraph, Wallpaper Magazine, and the Spaces among a number of other publications.

With three spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fantastic living area that opens up into the roof terrace, everything you need for your perfect stay will be right within your reach. However, that shouldn’t stop you from going out to explore! Popular for housing countless creative firms, Clerkenwell is home to cutting-edge restaurants and bars, hip coffee spots, and many art galleries. Located just five minutes away is also Old Street station, making access to the entire city incredibly easy.

Kindly note we do not recommend this stay for younger children/toddlers. This is because we do not provide cots, high chairs, nor stair gates. The property has internal stairs so not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

This unique home is unlike anything you've seen before. Everything here, from the infinite reflections of the master bathroom mirrors or the sunny terrace on the top floor, will impress not only interior design geeks but anyone looking for a luxury holiday home in London. As you enter on the ground floor, you are greeted by the glass and metal staircase and the elegant study area. A large black glass table and colorful library wall create the perfect backdrop for those coming to London on business but everyone is welcome to enjoy some quiet reading time. Adjacent to that, there is a double bedroom and a walk-in shower room, both easily accessible to wheelchair users from the main entrance. 

Heading upstairs, there is a second double bedroom is equipped with an en-suite shower room and another double bedroom with its own designated study area. The showstopper, however, must be the master bathroom, which features wall-to-wall mirrors that create a unique look. The top floor is a glass box extension on top of the original roof, with a spacious living and dining area that opens up into the terrace - perfect for friends and families to relax after a day out. A beautiful custom-made kitchen runs the full length of the room and the stylish white leather sofas offer extra comfort by an elegant wood-burner. Truthfully, everything here is designed to make you feel right at home, in one of the most spectacular modern houses in Central London.
